CNVP Internal Workshop, Skopje

CNVP held an internal workshop in Skopje from 12-16 December 2017 for all its staff.

Participants discussed CNVP’s strategic objectives until 31 December 2020, as well as the organisation’s financial targets and main priorities for 2018.

Meetings were also held with CNVP’s management team, employee council and supervisory board.

Representatives of the Network of Associations of Local Authorities of South-East Europe (NALAS, www.nalas.eu) contributed to a brainstorming session to identify cooperation possibilities between NALAS and CNVP.

During the week, a Swedish consultant supported CNVP Albania (via Skype) to construct a results’ based monitoring matrix for a new local economic development project expected to start implementation in the second half of 2018.

CNVP focuses on the Green Economy/Brown Agenda axis. It uses evidence-based analysis to improve the sustainable livelihoods of rural communities and civil society affected by the ongoing process of environmental and climate change. CNVP’s four core values are:

  • Clean         promoting renewable energy and improved household/industrial waste management
  • Seen          operating in all countries in the Balkans and the European Neighbourhood Space
  • Lean           improving the efficiency of service delivery continuously and systematically
