For Shqipe Shala of Bletaria Etniki, every jar of honey starts with much more than the harvest.
It starts with caring for her bees, planting for their future, building a stronger business, reaching new customers, and sharing her knowledge with the next generation.
Through its partnership with Bletaria Etniki, CNVP Kosovo has supported the expansion of chestnut plantations, improved honey packaging, and strengthened access to restaurant and retail markets. The initiative is part of the SUNREED project, implemented by CNVP Kosovo and supported by the Embassy of Sweden in Pristina (Sida).
Shqipe also welcomes schoolchildren and kindergarteners to discover the world of beekeeping and learn about bees, biodiversity and environmental protection.
CNVP Kosovo is proud to support beekeepers like Shqipe, who are helping to build a stronger beekeeping sector in Kosovo.
