CNVP, Forest and Environment Action (Bosnia-Hercegovina and Serbia) and Green Home (Montenegro) have been implementing since 1 December 2018 Regional action for combating forest crime and corruption, a three year project funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

A kick-off event was organized in Budva, Montenegro from 13 to 15 March 2019 for representatives of relevant institutions from the four project countries i.e. forestry directorate, forest enterprises, forest inspection, forest police, national parks, trade commerce, anti-corruption agencies and forest administration.

The event outlined the project’s goals, activities and expected results, and presented a concept document for regional networking and cooperation in the fight against crime and corruption in the forestry sector.
