On 06 September 2019, CNVP Kosovo organized a field visit to Rahovec municipality for the Representatives of the Dutch Embassy in Kosovo.

The purpose of the field visit was to see the experience of women’s entrepreneurs and how they are working in rural areas through the Agriculture Cooperative in “Krusha” and how cooperative is driving the process of women's economic empowerment in rural areas.

During the meeting with the director of agriculture cooperative Mrs. Fahrije Hoti,  was discussed the current situation of cooperative and challenges that women entrepreneurs are facing with the creation of sustainable business development for members cooperatives.

Also, another visit was organized at “Agrocelina” vegetable collection point, a center which collecting fresh vegetables from producers and is exporting to neighboring and EU member states. 

In both visits were discussed about the needs of the producers for training for improving the technology of production as well as the development of sustainable rural enterprises in the value chain of the Horticulture sector.
