On 28 and 29 April 2022, the CNVP management team, some representatives from the staff and an external consultant held a CNVP strategy planning meeting in Mavrovo, North Macedonia. CNVP Foundation is in the process of preparing its strategy for the period 2022-2027.

In order to facilitate this process, CNVP has hired an external consultant who has developed a methodology for leading the process. All CNVP staff have provided their feedback through an online questionnaire prepared by the consultant. In addition to this, some CNVP collaborators from Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and other European countries have also been interviewed to get their feedback on how they see collaboration with CNVP and their expectations for the future.

During the strategic planning meeting, all the results from the questionnaires and interviews were analysed, forming the foundation of the new strategic directions and planning. The team worked on SWOT and PESTLE analyses, vision, mission values and objectives, and shaped strategic priorities and action plans.

The first draft of the strategy will be shared with staff, and the feedback/comments and suggestions will be received and reflected. The strategy will be presented in the all-staff meeting planned to be held on 24 and 25 June 2022 in Ohrid, North Macedonia.
