In the frame of the project "CSOs Action for Climate", today was held the first round table meeting of the Climate Coalition.
Representatives of various CSOs discussed the planned and implemented actions in climate change and how to improve future cooperation.
At the round table meeting, the CSOs were also informed about the project "CSOs Action for Climate " and the need for increased cooperation with local actors in joint climate action.
The project aims to build capacity, improve cooperation, and catalyze the process of partnerships and development in undertaking climate actions, strengthening the role of the Climate Coalition and creating partnerships and alliances in tackling climate change.
In the following period through this project, regular activities of the CSOs Climate Coalition will follow, and local organizations will have the opportunity to address all actual local issues adequately.
At the same time, the project will enable the establishment of local partnerships with several stakeholders, and the CSOs will have the opportunity to apply for the free program for legal and mentoring support and later apply for the re-grant program, which will be published and promoted later this year.
