New opportunities for cooperation between CNVP North Macedonia and PK Ljuboten are opening up. Both sides signing a Memorandum of Cooperation, which will serve as a framework for further joint activities as a part of the project "Sustainable use of natural resources in Shar, Korab-Koritnik and Albanian Alps", financially supported by Prespa Ohrid Nature Trust - PONT.

This cooperation will help in promoting and wider acceptance of issues related to biodiversity protection, sustainable use of non-timber forest products and medicinal and aromatic plants, nature-based tourism, support of local communities, biomass for sustainable energy production, an adaptation of climate change, etc.

The cooperation of both parties will be in the direction of transparent sharing of information important for the implementation of joint activities, participation in events in the country and cross-border activities that may be of benefit to both parties, as well as the realization of joint promotional activities, where the project allows.
