Requirement for an international and local consultants for the evaluation of Local Economic Development - (LED) project in Albania focused on improvements on the market system for Medicinal and Aromatic Plants Sector 

 

CNVP Albania wishes to recruit an international consultant for the evaluation of Local Economic Development - (LED) project in Albania focused on improvements on the market system for Medicinal and Aromatic Plants Sector. The international consultant will be asked to team up with a national consultant in Albania. The project is implemented by Connecting Natural Values and People (CNVP) Foundation and funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) represented by Swedish Embassy in Tirana.

The consultants must have significant international and national experience on evaluation of similar projects applying market system development approach (MSD), preferably within Albania and/or the Balkans. The consultants will be required to travel within six LED project regions in Albania.

Employment:

The international and local consultants will be employed for 25 working days for each consultant over 8 weeks, starting from 1^st June 2023.

 

Salary:

Salary will be competitive with market rates for international and local consultants.
