LED project, funded by Sida,supported two businesses in Maliq and Devoll municipalities with two modern drying facilities which operate using solar power.  More than 200 farmers from each municipality have access to these two dryers.

Fatime Selmanllari, a passionate and determined farmer from a small village in Maliq, Korce who has managed to increase her incomes from the improved access to modern drying solar system.

Azbi Calleku, a diligent farmer from Sheqeras village in Korce who as a result of cooperation with the Solar dryer in Maliq, is able to collect and sell 4 tons of wild medicinal plants compared with 1 ton he was collecting before.
