On July 26, 2023, CNVP organized a significant workshop titled "Continuation of Capacity Building in the Management and Administration of NAPFO and Associations and their Future Vision." The primary objective of this workshop was to strengthen the Association's structure and empower its future prospects by implementing the 2021-2027 strategy.

During an official ceremony, a group of forestry experts was formally established and signed into the list of experts, marking a significant milestone in the functionalization of this expert group within NAPFO.

Throughout the workshop, several crucial aspects were discussed, revolving around the future steps of NAPFO and its associations. Key topics included enhancing internal organization, implementing structural functionalization, ensuring regular meetings, effective reporting mechanisms, promoting the office, and optimizing website functionality, all in alignment with the NAPFO 2021-2027 strategy.

The discussions held during the workshop proved to be immensely productive, fostering a sense of unity and determination among the association leaders present. They wholeheartedly pledged to work together towards the shared goal of making NAPFO self-reliant, increasing the membership base, attracting more donors, and providing a wide array of services through the expert group.
