CNVP Kosovo is excited to kick off its workshop on "Developing Pilot Measures for Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation in the Forestry and Biodiversity Sector in Kosovo."

The goal is to identify and prioritize pilot measures for climate change mitigation and adaptation specific to the forestry and biodiversity sector in Kosovo. The measures identified will be further developed using relevant methodologies.

The outcomes of this workshop will serve as foundational ideas for projects to be implemented in subsequent phases of the SUNREED project and the work plan of Association of Private Forest Owners. These pilot measures will also act as models for future initiatives and will inform the development of new projects and concepts.

This initiative is part of the Sustainable Use of Natural Resources for Environment and Economic Development (SUNREED) project, funded by the Embassy of Sweden in Prishtina (Sida).
