CNVP Foundation focuses on all aspects of the Green Economy - Sustainable natural resource management, climate change, rural development, renewable energy, community mobilization and European accession.
CNVP works with key stakeholders and partners in the public, private and civil society sectors at central, decentralized, cross–border and regional levels. It uses tried and tested analytical, consulting, advisory, coaching, mentoring, demonstration and knowledge transfers skills to help partners strengthen their technical capacities. CNVP Albania is hiring 2 (two) new team members to facilitate the implementation of its ongoing projects:
1. A Junior Advisor to facilitate the implementation of a three-year project (2022-2025) "Sustainable use of natural resources for transboundary socio- economic development of protected areas in North Macedonia and Albania (Korab-Koritnik, Shar, and Albanian Alps)". This project is funded by Prespa Ohrid National Trust (PONT) and implemented by CNVP Foundation. The project Advisor will be working from CNVP office in Tirana with frequent travelling to Kukes, Diber, Tropoja, Shkoder and the region.

2. A communication and visibility expert to organize the communication and campaigning activities of the projects being implemented by CNVP, supporting the development of a communication plan for the organization, further develop and strengthen functionality of social media and communication platforms regular communication about project results and activities, but also capacity building of the sub-grantees on outreach techniques and methods.
