Empowering Women Leaders in Kosovo - Training on Internal Management of Organizations
CNVP Kosovo is holding an impactful two-day training focused on strengthening internal management within organizations. With 20 ambitious women from women’s groups, youth organizations, private forest owners' associations, and more, we are exploring key topics related to transparency, accountability, gender-equality, and anti-coprruption.
Throughout the training, we dove deep into discussions on:
- Advancing Internal Policies for Conflict Resolution and Team Communication
- Combating Corruption and Building Transparent Organizations
- Gender Mainstreaming: Ensuring Equal Representation and Integration
- Ethical Guidelines for NGOs: Avoiding Conflicts of Interest
- Effective Leadership in Crisis and Building Team Cohesion
- Social Media Strategies for Advocacy and Raising Awareness on Forest Protection
We are inspired by the dedication and commitment these women brought to the table. Their commitment to creating transparent, accountable, and gender-inclusive organizations will have a lasting impact on their communities.
This initiative is part of the Sustainable Use of Natural Resources for Environment and Economic Development (SUNREED) project, implemented by CNVP Kosovo, funded by the Embassy of Sweden in Prishtina (Sida).
