We would like to draw your attention to the planned mid-term evaluation of the Integrated Forest Management (IFM) project along the transboundary Drin River Basin. We welcome offers until February 5^th.

Recognizing the importance of sustainable forest management for ecological balance and regional development, this project, co-funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), is managed by ICEP and implemented by the regional NGO Connecting Nature Valuing People (CNVP). Covering Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Montenegro from December 2022 to November 2025, the project focuses on sustainable forest management, biodiversity conservation, and community development. The evaluation will particularly focus on regional cooperation and knowledge-sharing mechanisms, in line with OECD-DAC standards.

We are seeking experienced evaluators who can engage with stakeholders across the four countries from February to June 2025. For more details, please refer to the ToR Evaluation Integrated Forest Management.
