CNVP North Macedonia's monitoring meetings with subgrantees in National Parks

On March 11 and 12, the CNVP North Macedonia team conducted six monitoring meetings with subgrantees implementing projects in Shar and Mavrovo National Parks. These grants are part of the project "Sustainable Use of Natural Resources in Shar, Korab Koritnik, and the Albanian Alps" which is implemented by CNVP and financially supported by PONT.
On the first day, the project team visited Tetovo, where they met with the local civil society organizations Mountain Club Tetovo, CESARD, and Renaissance. On the second day, they engaged with local organizations, including Zeukstriton, the women’s association "Moja Farma," and the youth association "Center for Youth Education and Mediation."
During the meetings, sub-grantees presented their activity implementation plans. The project team collaborated with them to address any issues, particularly those related to the implementation process. These meetings not only provided an opportunity to monitor progress but also helped strengthen the capacities of local civil society organizations.
