As part of the ongoing work on converting Coppice forests through selective thinning, CNVP  office in Montenegro carried out additional field activities to support long-term forest regeneration. In the designated areas, spruce seeds were sown and 50 spruce seedlings were planted to enhance natural growth and improve forest structure.

These seedlings and seeds were generously donated by the Forest and Hunting Management Administration of Montenegro, which also offered professional and technical support throughout the process. Their contribution played an important role in ensuring the successful implementation of the activity.

These efforts further contribute to sustainable forest management and the restoration of more resilient forest ecosystems.

This activity is part of the Integrated Forest Management Along Drin River Basin (IFM) project, funded by Austrian Development Cooperation, initiated by ICEP and implemented by CNVP Foundation.
