The Nordic Organic Food Fair in Malmö, which is the leading trade show for organic and sustainable products in the Nordic region, brought together participants from around the world, from 19–20 November 2025.

This milestone edition was an excellent platform for Kosovo companies working with organic non-wood forest products to connect with an audience that values quality, health, and environmental responsibility.

With the support of the SUNREED project, the Organika Association, along with Kosovo’s two largest exporters in the MAPs and NWFP sector, Agroproduct and Fungo FF, represented Kosovo at the fair. They had the chance to showcase high-quality organic products, meet potential buyers and distributors, and explore global trends in sustainable production.

Several meaningful connections were made with companies specializing in certified berries, mushrooms, and organic essential oils, including Ballkan Berries, Sonnentor, Field and Forest, Matca, Arcadian Secret, and more. The Kosovo delegation also benefited from the expertise of a Swedish sector specialist, exchanging insights on policy frameworks and industry practices.

This visit highlights Kosovo’s growing presence in the international organic market and strengthens opportunities for export and collaboration in green and health-oriented products.
