CNVP Albania recently organized a series of individual meetings with the six selected sub-grantees under the Integrated Forest Management (IFM) Project. These meetings were combined with field visits to better understand the conditions on the ground and to support beneficiaries in the early stages of project implementation.

During the visits, CNVP experts assessed the terrain where activities will take place and provided practical guidance to each sub-grantee. The sessions focused on clarifying implementation steps, ensuring alignment with project objectives, and strengthening the capacity of beneficiaries to successfully deliver their initiatives.

The six supported projects reflect a diverse range of sustainable livelihood activities closely linked to forest management and rural development. These include beekeeping, agroforestry, renewable energy solutions, drying of forest fruits, and cultivation of forest fruits. Each initiative contributes to improving local economic opportunities while promoting the sustainable use of natural resources.

Through these direct consultations and on-site support, CNVP continues to ensure that sub-grantees are well-prepared to implement their projects effectively and in line with environmental standards.

The Integrated Forest Management (IFM) Project is funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) under the “International Partnerships Austria”, initiated by ICEP and implemented by CNVP Foundation.
