PULSE Project Brings Partners Together for 4 Returns Framework Training
CNVP Albania and CNVP North Macedonia organised a joint training on the 4 Returns Framework, developed by Commonland, bringing together project teams and representatives from Prespa Ohrid Nature Trust - PONT.
The activity held in the framework of the PULSE Project is focused on strengthening a shared, practical understanding of landscape restoration. Rather than looking only at environmental outcomes, the 4 Returns Framework promotes a broader approach built on four interconnected results: inspiration, social, natural and financial returns.
During the training, the project teams exchanged experiences and explored how this framework can be applied in the field to support more integrated actions. The discussions highlighted the need to link ecosystem restoration with community development and economic opportunities, ensuring that benefits are long-term and shared. During the meeting, the two teams coordinated the activities to be implemented during the first year of the project implementation.
By applying the 4 Returns approach, CNVP and its partner Prespa Ohrid Nature Trust - PONT, aim to contribute to healthier ecosystems, stronger local communities and more sustainable rural economies across the region.
