CNVP Kosovo, through the SUNREED Project, together with the ORGANIKA Association and in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Development, organized a roundtable discussion on strengthening cooperation and improving agricultural advisory services in Kosovo.

The event brought together representatives of public institutions, development partners, associations, and public and private agricultural advisors. During the discussion, participants were presented with the legal framework and annual work plan of the Department of Advisory Services and explored opportunities to further develop advisory services through public-private partnerships, in line with the EU Farm Advisory System (FAS).

Participants also viewed the results of an innovative agrotextile irrigation initiative implemented through a partnership between CNVP Kosovo, Agroproduct, and ORGANIKA, demonstrating the potential of modern technologies to improve productivity and sustainability in the medicinal and aromatic plants sector.

The event builds on the ongoing collaboration between CNVP, the Department of Advisory Services, and ORGANIKA, through which 12 private advisors in organic agriculture have been trained and certified.

The SUNREED project is implemented by CNVP Kosovo and supported by the Embassy of Sweden in Prishtina (Sida).
