The Rural Women of Prespa were part of the Prespa Run & Fun event, whose main objective is to promote the Prespa region in North Macedonia as an attractive tourist destination.

As part of the event, participants had the opportunity to enjoy traditional homemade dishes prepared by the Rural Women of Prespa, as well as refresh themselves with cold mountain tea produced by the association. Through their participation, the Rural Women of Prespa contributed to the promotion of the local gastronomy, cultural heritage, and natural beauty of the Prespa region.

This activity is part of the #EUforPrespa Programme, funded by the European Union Delegation to North Macedonia and implemented by UNDP North Macedonia in partnership with CNVP North Macedonia.
