CNVP Skopje held Workshop on Biodiversity and Sustainable Tourism in Struga
Today, in Struga, North Macedonia, a workshop was held dedicated to the presentation and discussion of the findings from the Analysis on biodiversity, nature protection, and the potential for tourism development in Jablanica, as well as the Action Plans for Jablanica.
The event brought together representatives from local and national institutions, civil society organizations, as well as experts and practitioners in the fields of nature conservation, biodiversity, forestry, and tourism.
The aim of the workshop was to encourage dialogue and exchange of views among stakeholders on future activities aimed at preserving the natural values of Jablanica and developing sustainable tourism in the region.
The workshop was implemented within the project “Integrated Forest Management along the Drin River Basin,” implemented by CNVP Skopje in cooperation with CNVP Albania, Montenegro, and Kosovo, in partnership with ICEP – Association for Global Development, and funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA).
