During 10 and 11 August 2018, staff from CNVP Albania’s office in Diber participated in a tourism promotion event for the region organized by GIZ and Diber Municipality. Events included hiking in the Korab-Koritnik Nature Park, an artistic programme, a short visit to the Diber Tourism Information Centre, and a final conference.

The event was attended by the Vice-Minister of Tourism and Environment, Hajrulla Çeku, Diber’s member of parliament, Almira Xhembulla, the head of development cooperation at the German Embassy, Maren Kneller, and Diber’s Mayor.

The occasion provided an opportunity for CNVP Albania staff from Diber to discuss with all participants possibilities for collaboration to promote nature-based tourism activities in Diber region and elsewhere in Albania.
