On November 23 and 24 in Tetovo and Gostivar (North Macedonia), the project team of CNVP held 2 workshops on financial management and visibility intended for sub-grantees, from Polog and Mavrovo regions that were recently awarded grants as part of the project "Sustainable use of natural resources in Korab-Koritnik, Shar and the Albanian Alps". financially supported by PONT.

The purpose of the workshops was to build the capacities of the sub-grantees in the area of financial management and visibility so that they could properly and successfully manage those parts of the project.

In the first part of the interactive workshop, the project team educated the participants about expenses according to budget lines, proper implementation of purchases, and preparation of financial reports. In the second part of the workshop, the grantees had the opportunity to learn how to use elements for visibility, as well as proper promotion of the results of the implemented activities that are part of their projects.

The workshop was interactive, in addition to the presentations of the project team, the participants had the opportunity to ask questions regarding financial operations and the visibility of their projects.
